Simple Korean style spicy noodle recipe for a gathering.
1chicken broth
Vissan Sliced Jambon With Skin
Vissan Cocktail Sausage
250gsliced tofu
200gwhite enoki mushroom
Korean Enoki Mushroom
100gdong co mushroom
Shiitake Mushroom
Ongkim Napa Kimchi
2instant ramen noodles
Vị Hương Instant Noodle
50gkorean rice cake (tteokbokki)
30gspring onion
Spring Onion
1-2sliced cheese
Japanese Belcube Cheese Blue
2tbsp rice wine
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/2tbsp sugar
1/2tbsp korean chili sauce (gochugaru)
+black pepper
1tenderloin or pork belly
Boneless Pork Belly
  1. Thin slice ham. Thin slice sausage. Rip off the root of the enoki mushroom, tear them off. Thin slice chicken quarter leg. Cut off the shitake mushroom legs, thin slice. Green onions thinly sliced and wash.
  2. Boil the broth. Boil water for ham, sausage, tofu, white mushroom needle, porcini, shiitake, kimchi and cook for 5 minute over medium heat. Them add ramen noodles, rice cake, green onions and cheese, cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients together. when eating, sprinkle the sauces above to eat with. Use with heat.
