Let's spicy up your stir fried beef which some curry flavor.
Ingredients
400gbeef
Beef Thigh
3carrot
Da Lat Carrot
250gbaby corn
Baby Corn
300ggreen bean
Green Beans
1 góicurry powder
Curry Powder
1seasoning
Preparation
  1. Preparation: - Dice beef into square piece about 0.5x0.5 inches - Peel off carrots, cut into small slices. Soft boil carrots, cove beans and baby corns in slightly salted water.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, stirring 20 seconds until golden and aromatic. Move beef to the side of the pan and add carrots, okras and baby corns then stir well. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of water and curry powder then remove from heat.
  3. Serve with steamed rice.
