  1. Heat the pan with oil, and add peeled onions & shallots. Then stir minced capsicum, shredded crab and pepper salt in 5 mins.
  2. Drench 2 gelatin sheets in warm water and put them into microwave in 30s. Put the combination of crab and capsicum into mould to shape them
  3. Shape the mix of crab, minced pork, a tbsp of minced garlic, salt, pepper and 5g of fish sauce into round balls, covered by almond powder. Deep fry them.
  4. Serve crab jelly and grilled chopped crab with almond in dish with passion fruit sauce.
