Deep Fried Choux Cream

Ingredients
200gflour
High Wheat Flour
6 quảeggs
VTD Chicken Eggs
100gunsalted butter
Westgold Unsalted Butter
200mlmilk
Sweetened Sterilized Milk
100gcorn starch
Corn Starch
+seasoning
Preparation
  1. Heat butter till melted. Add suger, salt and vanilla then flour and mixed well.
  2. Add 2 eggs add whisk the mixture until well blended.
  3. Use a tipping bag to queeze the mixture into choux. Put choux into frigde for 10-20 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a deep-fryer then add choux and fry until expanded and golden. Leave aside on oil-plotting papers.
  5. Heat milk, flour, corn starch, sugar and vanilla in a large pan. Add 2 egg yolks and stir well.
  6. Lower the heat and keep stirring until thicken.
  7. Use a tipping bag to queeze the cream on top or inside the choux.
