2 tsp soy sauce

Preparation
  1. Cook the rice in a usual manner & drain the water. Set it aside.
  2. Stir fry onion and minced garlic till light brown. Add all vegetables, green chillies & stir fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add prawn, eggs and stir fry in a minute. Add salt, sugar, soya sauce. Add rice, pepper & mix well. Add spring onion. Mix & remove from heat.
