Preparation
  1. Step 1: Preheat at 190*C
  2. Step 2: Rinse and cut tomatoes and bell pepper into small pieces.
  3. Step 3: Place the slices of bacon into the muffin tin, wrapping in a circle. Layer with tomatoes and bell pepper.
  4. Step 4: Crack the eggs into the tins, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Step 5: Bake at 190*C in 16 minutes.
