Clam Sour Soup

An easy recipe of clam sour soup should be ideal to add into menu of everyday family meals.
Ingredients
200gwater spinach
Water Spinach
150gclam
Lenger Clean Clams
1tomato
Tomatoes
1tsp of tamerind
Tamarind
+seasoning
Preparation
  1. Marinade the cleaned clam with 1 tbsp of fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Drench the water spinach stem in salty water, then, wash and cut them. Cut the tomato into pieces. Cook tamarind in hot water, take out the seeds.
  2. Heat the minced shallot with a little oil in saucepan. Add clam and tomato in and stir them. Put them into a plate. Heat the tamarind water and add a bowl of water. Add water spinach in and season them. Add clam and tomato in and season them again when water is boiled.
  3. Serve the soup in bowl and decorate it with laksa leaves, spring onion, coriander or bullhorn chilli.
