Sour Fish Soup

500gmackerel
150gtomato
Tomatoes
2tamarin
Tamarind
+spring onion

50gdill
Dill
1/4pineaple
Long An Pineapple
tsp sugar
6 cup water
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp cooking oil
½ tsp ground pepper
Preparation
  1. Stir fry slice onion tin 5 mins. Add tamarind, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and 6 cups water. When water is boiled, reduce heat to medium-low, add fish and pineapple, and cooked through, about 6 minutes.
  2. Add dill, and tomatoes; cook, until sprouts just wilt, about 30 seconds. Remove heat.
