Shaken Mangoes

It only takes mangoes & a few simple ingredients to make a yummy Shaken Mangoes. Try it now!
2green mangoes
Cat Chu Sweet Mango
3tsp dried tiny shrimp
Dried Shrimp LT
3tbsp shrimp salt
1/2tbsp chilli powder
3tbsp sugar
1/3small bowl of fish sauce
  1. Peel and cut mangoes into pieces, keep in cool temperature for an hour. Fry the dried tiny shrimp and finely blend it with shrimp salt and chilli powder.
  2. Heaten up fish sauce & sugar, then let them cool down. Put mangoes into box, pour the mix of fish sauce & sugar into box and shake them. Then, let them cool down for 15 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp salt & chilli powder and shake it again. Serve best with Boba Tea.
