100gspring onion

½ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp fish sauce
50gdill

Preparation
  1. Put some oil in the pan, fry mackerel with medium heat on both sides till it's golden, take the fish out and absorb the extra oil.
  2. Put some oil in a pan, stir fry minced garlic. Then add tomatoes and seasoning. When the tomato is cooked, add 1/2 cup of water, stir.
  3. Braise the fried fish in tomato sauce with low heat in 10 mins. Add spring onion and dill then it's ready to serve.
