Shredded Chicken Breast Soup is an ideal and rich nutritious dish for kids who need gain weight.

Corn Starch
  1. Boil cleaned chicken breasts with 700ml water. Take out the boiled chicken breasts and wait for them cool down. Separate chicken meat from the bones. Roll half of them and shred the rest.
  2. Cut corn into two pieces. Stew corn and chicken bones in 1g of salt, 3g of pepper and 5g of fish sauce in 20 minutes. Take out the corn, let them cool down and shred. Take out the bones in the broth.
  3. Cook shredded corn, shredded chicken and rolled chicken in 10 minutes. Stir the soup and seasion with corn starch, salt & pepper. Turn of the stove.
  4. Serve the hot soup in dish with rolled chicken.
