Put the soy milk into the cooking pot, boil with medium heat.

Next, prone the boiled mixture through a sieve, put them into a porcelain bowl with lid, cover the bowl, then keep them hermetically in 2 hours for the Tofu Pudding to condense.
Remove from the heat.
Cook the syrup:
Put sugar, water into a cooking pot, boil with medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.
When eating, spoon out every layer of the Tofu Pudding into a bowl, sprinkle the syrup above to eat with.
